Please help. I have droid turbo and when I try to unlock it the keypad is gone

Let's locate your keyboard and find out what is causing this. When did this start happening? Do you see any error messages? Are you using the keyboard that is preinstalled or a third party keyboard? Have you tried a soft reset?
