Hi,
I just used my Verizon Mobile app to pay my bill, and while I was paying my phone said messenger could not be sent and when i went into messenger all my texts were gone. I was under the impression they were being backed up by the app but now i cant restore them it says I need to use a paired app? There are messages dating back almost two years that I need for records. What can I do?
