I already copied wma files from computer to the phone's music folder but google play doesn't seem to know they're there. I did this same thing on my husband's Samsung and it worked easily - is this a hassle on the turbo 2?
The Turbo and Turbo 2 don't support .wma files; you'll either need to convert the files to .mp3 files or use a different music player from the Play Store that supports them, like Poweramp Music Player (Trial) - Android Apps on Google Play
