Just got a Turbo 2. Phone setup seems to have blown up my verizon contacts.

I have 70 but ended up with 2800 after the "restore." After deleting all the dups in verizon cloud (huge pain as the site is slow and clumsy), they don't sync correctly on the phone, which now thinks I have only 12. (Verizon cloud says 68). I have initiated sync from Verizon could 2 or 3 times, says complete but does nothing. Can this be fixed? Also can't add any of them in speed dial.

Thanks.

Does the website show 70 or 12?  If 70, then try doing a manual backup from the cloud app on the phone to see if that helps pull down the rest.

The website shows 68. I tried a manual backup from the phone (actually 3 over the course of 2 days) with no change. The phone grinds away for a bit, says backup complete and that's it. I also tried to sync from the website several times with no luck. I'm at a loss here. I've used Verizon backup for contacts for at least 10 years, starting with flip phones. It worked on my last 2 smart phones, too, this time it blew up.

Thanks.
