How do I activate my new phone (from insurance) with new SIM card. I have tried several time with no luck.

Chief-Raymie, I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble with activating the phone. I understand wanting to get this working right away. Were you able to successfully able to get it activated? What make and model phone is it? When going through the activation process was the old phone turned off?
