The main reason I upgraded from my 5s to the 6s was the camera but the front facing camera photos are 9 times out of 10 fuzzy/strange looking & the regular camera quality is not much better than the 5s.
Is this something common? I hope not, as I'd rather stick with my 5s & wait for improvements to be made.

it's definitely not a concern I've come across. do you have a screen protector on your device? I had a similar issue with my iphone 5 and it was due to the screen protector cut out for the camera not being lined up correctly

Hello I think the last reply was your solution I had a similar prob. I replaced my screen protector bieng carefull to align it properly wala problem solved. I talked yo apple I was assured that one of the advantages of the 6s is wow! more mega pixels do hopefully by fixing your screen protector you will find a much higher quality photo on your front facing camera best of luck

IF you have any problems with your device use the 14 day return period or Apple warranty to get a replacement.

Great questions regarding the camera. These issues may be caused by the accessories on the device. Are you using a screen protector or a case? Could you upload a picture with the poor image quality you're refering to?
