i have a samsung galaxy stellar android. a couple weeks ago, the pop up for messages seem to stop working after it popped up. it won't go away and it won't tell me how many messages i have. i tried disabling it, but it doesn't help.

I'm sorry to hear your having these difficulties. I would be lost without my message notifications. Let's get yours working. Has notifications been turned off? Go to menu>Messages> the 3 dots> Settings> turn on Notifications and retest.
