How do I mute all notifications at once?

Is there a way to mute and unmute all volumes at the same time?

With the screen active, press the volume down key.  Pressing it till you get to the vibrate option sets all to vibrate.  Tapping the "None" option will silence all notifications for the time duration you set.

Pressing the volume up key reverses this and sets the level based on your settings preferences.
