The Samsung Galaxy S5 (Apple makes a 5S) can usually be replaced locally as there are a lot of phone repair shops nowadays, or Samsung could replace it, and if you have insurance you can also use that. (Deductible)
I am sad to hear about your phone. I know how important it is to get this fixed. Do you have insurance? You can also choose to go to a 3rd party store to get the screen replaced Snn5 suggested.
