how can I back up my photos from my phone to my cloud by using my desk top computer?
If you login to Verizon cloud you will find a black icon in the upper right corner "DOWNLOAD DESKTOP APP" which will let you download a Windows or Mac Desktop app that will allow you to backup local folder(s) to your Verizon Cloud so if you get your pictures to your computer into a folder you can have the app backup them up for you. There are apps in the app store which will let you copy files between your phone and computer wirelessly (like Wireless File Explorer) to make the process easier. If you don't mind my asking what are you trying to accomplish by using your computer to do the backup? You can setup the Cloud app on your phone to sync cloud content over wi-fi only if you are concerned about data usage.

Here is a method that may work, worth a shot, basically remotely install Android Device Manager and once installed and the phone is located you should be given the option to remotely lock it with a pin of your choosing.
