As a Turbo user myself, I am surprised to hear of the trouble this phone is giving you silvermist. In fact, lets hear more about whats going on. How is the phone misbehaving? How long has it been acting this way? Lets work together to get your Turbo up to speed.

I have had issues with this phone since I bought it, and I have had to
replace it once already. First time because of sim card tray broke. Now
since the lollipop update my phone is not the same. So far I've factory
reset once already. Now just today updates keep popping up over and over
ever time I'm on my phone. Messages seem coming through not at the time it
was sent. Overall this phone is terrible. I want a new one, and not droid.
I can't fix it and will not factory reset again.

I regret to hear about aby trouble with your Droid Turbo. I'd be happy to work together on a resolution, since we don't want any issues going on with your device. What kind of updates are you mentioning? Are they application updates, a software update, etc.? Do you see an error messages come up on the display? Please share some additional details so we can get to the bottom of this.
