We manufacture a device that is used to send out E-Mail messages or text messaging using the phone number ##########@vtext.com. This has been working for most installations but we discovered a issue where the messages don't go through until we change the subject of the message. If looks like the messages are being blocked as spam by vtext.com as messages sent to other E-Mail addresses or phones not on Verizon will go through.
Is there any settings on our Verizon account, or things we can do to insure the messages are not blocked by a SPAM filter?
The phone numbers the messages are being sent are employees of the company, and we have permission to send them text messages. The messages will also be sent from the same E-Mail account and E-Mail server.
