I lost passcode to restrictions; a setting found under general .. 6 failed attempts and need to get back into restriction
I believe you will have to restore your iPhone as New. You won't be able to use any backups because the restrictions will still be there and you will be right back in the same boat until you figure out what your code was. I assume you don't use a lock screen code or if you do your restrictions code is something different than that one.
