So I have 2 step verification and no service right now. I'm currently locked out of my gmail and the only way to get the code is through my disabled number. I would really like to get into my email. Can anyone help or is there a way that I can ask verizon to enable one message to come through? Aaaargh! What do I do?

No alternate emails or backed up codes? Google gives you 10 of them.
The problem if you got a new number it could have been already given to someone else by now. If that number came from a different carrier (you ported it to another provider) it goes back to the original provider.
Your only option is to calm Google and explain the situation and there should be another method iirc. I remember when I factory reset my phone and forgot I had the authenticator.
Year silly me. I will have to call google but even still that can be a
major hassle. Same number just deactivated. Would Verizon customers service
be able to help?
No they will not be able to especially if the number has been reassigned or returned to the previous carrier(if it was ported). Calling google is your only option.
