How can I change/delete contact information on Cloud. I have phone number that I need to change for a contact. I have tried to delete the current number and add a new number. I have tried erasing the current number and typing a new number. Neither work. I have attempted this both on my phone and on my laptop. I have used the numbers on the keypad as well as the numbers across the top of the keyboard. I cannot change anything in the contact information. I also need to delete an email address. Not successful there either.
KayC2964 It's important that you be able to update information stored on the Cloud. Let's gather more clarification. What happens if you try to edit the contact in your phone's contact list and not the cloud? Which make and model phone are you using?
