    Contract Ending


      My contract ends this month and I'm confused about the outcome.

      I do NOT want to continue using Verizon Wireless! So do I have to cancel my contract or will it come to an end on the date. 

      If I do have to cancel it, how? Call the costumer service? Can I do it now or must I wait until the specific date to cancel it?

          You can call them up and have it set up to be automatically cancelled on that day.  If you want to keep your number and switch it to other carrier then there's no need to do that, just make sure when your contract expires and give them the information you need to have the number ported.  Once the number is ported your account on verizon will cancel automatically.
