Why do you say there is 4G in my area, when there is minimal 3G? It doesn't matter where I am, outside or inside. This is not good business practice! If it said poor service in my area, I would buy the extender. Since it says 4G is in this area, I expect at least a decent 3G signal.

We just moved here. The "map" shows 4G. We can't finish a call and txt
messages don't even send at times.

jsaxtang65, congratulations on your recent relocation. We'll take a closer look into this issue to provide you with a resolution. How's service when you leave your home? Which make/model phone do you have?

Service is worse when I leave my house because we live on top of a hill. We
can see a tower in the distance. There has already been a ticket created
and we have gotten a generic response about location and blah, blah, blah.
Bottom line is this. You say the service is here and it isn't. You want me
to spend money to make your so called service function correctly. I have
been a customer for many, many years and, at this point, willing to change
providers to get the service you say, you are providing. Why can't you
furnish the booster, so your service works? Send a technician out and have
them attempt a phone call. This should not be my financial problem.

Topography, terrain, home structure, etc determine a cell radio signal. It is not guaranteed by any means. If you need to rely on a cell check other companies to see if they work. No cell company is going to research or invest tens of thousandsof dollars for one customer.

I Don't know who you are or why you think you can talk to a customer that
way but, all I want is a booster, provided by your company since you
advertise the service in this location. I will forward your very blunt and
rude response to as many people as possible using social media! Please
have your supervisor contact me so I can explain why your are losing a 12
year customer. Don't forget that I can keep a copy of everything just like
you can. Your response was rude and I will continue to elevate this issue
until I am satisfied.
