My phone won't charge with the cord and adapter it came with. I've had this phone for almost a year now and this just started.
Do you get an error message?
Have you tried plugging your phone into your computer using just the USB portion of the charger? What happens? Try to then charge it with the wall charger and report back.
you don't say whether usb or the wall charger, i'd recommend using the wall charger.
to me, usb charging is a last resort.
Testing the USB via computer is a good way to rule it out as the piece that is the problem. It's always best to charge your phone with the original equipment so testing the wall plug with a secondary USB first is not ideal.
