i've looked through it, and haven't found what i'm looking for. i have the galaxy s5 and i'm trying to use my pre paid money that i have left over after i activate my card, to buy stuff on google play, etc.

if you are on prepaid you cant use it if you have a security deposit you cannot use it if you are past due you cannot use it if you have purchase and gifting blocked you cannot use it
