Need help with blocking someone

I have a LG VN250

I wanna block all numbers who arent contacts, but there is no option to

There should be 3 options  (Allow All, Contacts Only, Block All).

I only get 2: Allow All, Block All

I would very much appreciate help with this

I'm here to help figure this out, gimby! When using your device before, were you able to restrict it to Contacts Only? It does show that Contacts Only should be an option that's available. How long have you owned your device?
