My phone no longer transmits sound during phone calls placed by me. Calls to me work just fine.
Any drop or water damage recently or in the past? Sometimes these can take a while to manifest. Does it work if you plug in headphones with a microphone? That should be the next diagnostic step.
Leslie, that is very odd. I would be frustrated if it were me. Here is what I am thinking, If it were the microphone the sound wouldn't work at all. Do you have your bluetooth turned on? Does this happen everywhere? Have you dropped your phone or any phone damage on your device? Let's solve this mystery and get you all set.
