Text notifications not working

My text notifications haven't been working for a couple of days now. Anybody else having this problem, or have a solution

We are not having any issues with text notifications.  I want to make sure that you are receiving all important text notifications.  When did you start having this issue?  What type of phone do you have?  Are you receiving other notifications?

I did a factory reset and everything is working now
