Any chance my Verizon iP 6Plus can be revived after getting water in it?

Have any iP 6 owners had success restoring their 'dead' phones from water damage?

No guarantee it will work but it would be much like past suggestions. Let it dry out completely (suggested a couple of days but no less than 24 hrs). Do NOT power it on before allowing it to dry. You can put it in a container of dry rice to help absorb the moisture. Again, no guarantee this will work but it does sometimes. An old iPhone 4 I had that got liquid damage after a car accident worked using those steps but there was some damage as far as sound being more muted when ringing and trying to hear callers.

My friend had a similar issue...only his iP6+ wouldn't make any sound because even though there were no headphones connected...the device still thought there was.  So his device did dry out...it just never worked the same again.  He was able to scrap it for a few pennies on eBay as-is...and used that to offset the purchase of a new device as he had no insurance.  Best of luck to you kathlight
