I live abroad but have 2 pre-pay phones for use when in the US. They do not work where I live as they are CDMA and not GSM. I can log into my account for one phone but not for the other. Trying to get help using "Live Chat" but at all times get the message "Chat is currently closed. We'll be back at 6 AM ET." Is there any way to get service?

Thank you for your reply. The suggested solution will not work for me, I
live in Chile and the US 800-numbers are not toll free from here. I do
not wish to wait endlessly on the phone for a solution when I have to
pay for the international call.
All I really need is the account for my number 732-687-4959 to be
re-established. For some reason it was canceled, not so the other
732-687-5914 which is active.

We want reaching us to be easy! My apologies, the community support team does not have access to Prepaid accounts. We do offer a toll free number to reach our Global Support team. I know you stated you are not allowed to dial 800 numbers, this is not a 800 number, it uses regular dialing numbers. This team can transfer you over to our Prepaid Phone team to see why your account was cancelled. From a landline phone please dial 123-0-020-8518 to reach Global Support. The chat team is only available when the option is no longer greyed, and the link shows available.

Thank you I will try that number. My experience with the chat is that at
least from abroad the greyed out condition permanent, with the message
"Chat is currently closed. We'll be back at 6 AM ET" present every day
at all times.
