I have contacted Verizon wireless team and i have not heard from them. What should I do? I have no coverage where I work all day from Verizon.
Is this only inside the large building that is on Villa Park Drive? You may need to talk to building management/company management about getting coverage added to the inside of the building. They would need to work with Verizon. If it is outside, all you can do is report, and have as many of your contact report it too. Verizon gets many of these low coverage areas all over the place and there is no guarantee when or if it will be corrected.
