I have checked all settings and still no flashing LED or sound to let me know I missed a call or email has arrived.
Anything I am missing?

I am sorry to hear this is happening. We definitely want you to be able to see all your notifications when needed. Have you tried placing your device in Safe mode to see if the notifications come through? Here is how to place the device in safe mode... http://vz.to/1IrAxaL
