I turn on hot spot on my Notes 4, but my tablet (Samsung 10.1 Tab 4) receives no signal. ??
FirstFerg, this would have me just as concerned too. Let's help review what is going
on with your hotspot.
Are you able to use other devices to search and connect to your Note 4's hotspot?
When you enable your Galaxy Tab's WiFi, does it successfully search and locate your Note's WiFi broadcast? Does it see other WiFi access points too?

I am now 13 miles outside Charlottesville, VA. I have zero service most of
the time here. We'll have to take this up in a more Verizon receptive place.
