I have tried for two days to download an album I created from the cloud to my computer but none of my software recognizes the downloads. Also I tried to load the album directly to facebook but the facebook option doesn't appear to work because it keeps telling me to enter a name and nothing I enter is accepted????
amy4bama, you came to the right place for help. It's always important to have a copy of those memories in your computer. Let's work together on saving those pictures to your computer. What operating system are you currently using? How many albums do you have in the Verizon Cloud?
