My wife's new iPhone 6 won't connect with our Network Extender. I have reset the extender and the phone connected for a short time and now won't connect at all. Any ideas?

The solution to this is to change your LTE settings (Settings - Cellular - LTE) from Voice & Data to Data only, otherwise the phone gives LTE preference above everything else. Just had to do this for my brand new iPhone SE as well and it solved the problem immediately.

Congratulations on the new iPhone 6! We want this great phone to stay connected. Here is a link that will help to troubleshoot the Network Extender as well as the configuration to ensure it is properly installed:
http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/network-extender-router-configuration/
Please be sure to power off/on the Network Extender and add her number to your White list as follow:

In addition, from the iPhone, please go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
Let us know how it works, we are here to help.

This was the fix for my Iphone X. Had to change Settings>Cellular Data Options>Voice & Data to LTE, VoLTE Off when it was on LTE, VolTE On. Works like a charm now.

Worked for me also. After sending the first Network Extender back as defective and working with Verizon for 5 hours over 2 days. I was ready to send the replacement back with the same problem -- then luckily i did a little research here!!
