new service problems

I just signed up my daughter and I to Verizon wireless.  I bought us both Note 4's. Both of us are not receiving some calls or text. More not. Not a great start to aour new service. Is this a common problem or is some setting wrong. We are frustrated and i.m thinking about switching back to our old carrier. Any help would be appreciated

Problem solved. Our old carrier numbers failed to port. Customer service

helped with that and now phones are working great. Finally receiving calls

and texts. Thx all

We are on day 11 of our new service. Last week I tried calling my daughter and it would go straight to voicemail.  I became frustrated and texted the friend she was with to ask why my daughter isn't  answering. My D texted back stating her phone never rang. I chalked it up as a one time deal. However, my D tells me her friends tell her she is missing calls and text. This past weekend I traveled across the state to visit family and when I arrived I was told they called me several times with the calls to my phone going straight to voicemail.  My cousin stood next to me and called on his phone, the call went straight to voicemail.  Not sure what's going on. I find it curious that both of us are having the same problem. Perhaps it,s our account settings. Saturday is the end of our 14 day "trial" period. Sure hope we could get closure before then.

Call Customer Service or Tech Support to make sure the provisioning (programming) on the devices are correct.

We live in 33563 and when I tried calling myself from another phone I had 3

bars However it still went to voicemail. We have never had any issues went

connection at our local. Also calls missed was when I was passing through a

Orlando.

This definitely isn't how we want your service to be especially after just joining us. Let's turn this around and ensure you don't miss additional calls and all your text come through. I suggest having your devices swapped out as well as your SIM Card. As you are still within your 14 days they will be replaced with brand new devices.
