I have a balance of $216 and 8 payments left on the edge program. How can I pay that off and upgrade my phone? I'm confused how the program works. If I upgrade now with a balance, do I have to return old phone? Any info would be great. Thank you!

If you upgrade now, you turn in the phone to begin all over.  Keep in mind that your next Edge agreement, if any, will require 100% to be paid.
