Phone signal sucks

Ever since the lollipop update took over my Samsung note 4 the signal strength has gone to nothing. Trying to make call or just to continue a call is impossible.  Either I loose voice contact or just loose the call which is almost every phone call. Or you go in and out while talking

Software updates are supposse to help your device not make them worse. Let's see what is going on with your Note 4. Have you tried to power the device off yet and remove the sim card? This link here will walk you through how to do that: http://vz.to/1Lexy6L

Yes I have and powering it down and back up, clearing unwanted apps.

Nothing is making a difference.

Make sure that your preferred network is set to CDMA/LTE and not Global.

I don't think it is working. I have one bar and within a football field

from a Verizon tower. Same thing at home

First, today there is an outage. I don't know if you're in that area.

I would suggest getting a new SIM from a corporate VZW store.

Well I don't think we are in the outage area everyone else is fine. This

all started right after the latest update. Sounds like to me we are

guessing at fixes. This has been going on since then so replacing the sims

card which are not cheap and making all of these changes which are not

fixing it why don't you guys just send me another phone?

We are not Verizon.

SIM card costs you nothing if you visit a corporate store.

Have you factory reset the device?
