What does this mean?

What does "the parameter is incorrect" mean?  I am getting this quite offen when I click the icon for my UML295

I have gotten this error before. It's annoying. Let's fix it. The "parameter is incorrect" usually means that the desktop icon in not working. Please check and make sure that your Window software is up to date. To check for Windows updates, follow these steps:
1. Open the Windows Update by clicking the Start button
2. In the left pane, click check for updates, and then wait while Windows looks for the latest updates for your computer.
3. If any updates are found, click install updates.

Then uninstall all other Mobile Broadband drivers for any previous device that has been on your laptop.  Reinstall your device.  http://vz.to/1KgMIrA This should fix your issue.

It is not doing it now.  I have done nothing.  So, don't know why this happened.
