You can either use Samsung Kies, or you can go to Best Buy's Samsung kiosks or you can try the Verizon Software Upgrade Assistant.

We want you to be able to enjoy the latest software! Over The Air (OTA) would be the recommended avenue to get your device updated. But if you need a manual way to do it, you can use the Software Update Assistant that will have it updated via your computer.
