I get 1 bar most places (especially my house) in Rollingwood (78746), which is a small neighborhood just SW of downtown Austin. Every phone call I've had from here has ended with complaints about not being able to hear me, yet as soon as I leave this neighborhood, everything is fine again. I've been experiencing it consistently since we moved in a few months ago, but I know it's been an issue for a lot longer (since we used to visit the previous residents quite often and had the same issues then).
