We want you to have the best signal at all times! Lets get this fixed asap. What zipcode is your building in? How far do you have to go from the building for the signal to return?
Thanks,

Hi Pamela, thanks for looking into this. Zip code is 75039. Have to get
about 50 to 100 feet to get LTE reception again

There is no guarantee of service inside of any structure. This includes your office building. You should have your company invest in repeaters for the building.

There are repeaters. Our company is working to contact Verizon to still
look into the issue

So then why post here? This is a customer to customer forum. The few reps here will not be able to help your issue.

I'm not posting on behalf of the company. It's been going on for 3 weeks
now and every ticket that's open is closed saying no response received.
It's very frustrating and was just exploring possible avenues to resolve
and thought there may be some suggestions or help
