My Verizon Fios APP stopped working

When I try to access "Calling Features" and reconfigure "Simultaneous Ring" for my home FIOS telephone from my Verizon mobile phone  ... the app keeps looping back to my telephone call log. I've cleared the cashe ... deleted the data  ... uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least 3 times.  Still exhbiting the same behavior!

Here to help!  You have definitely done a great job in troubleshooting the issue with your Fios application.  What type of phone do you have? Is the phones software up to date? Any updates for the application? Keep us posted.
