Error message with cloud

I am unable to get to the cloud.  Each attempt gives me the message "Unable to load all contact.  Please try again"

I get this message on multiple computers at different locations.

Need to get to the cloud to view and edit whats on it and then restore whats on it to new iphone.

acrftyone, I want to make sure that you are able to update your information on the cloud without any issues. How long have you been getting this error? Have you been able to access this website before in the past? Please keep us posted.
