i need help with a factory reset

ok so i have the moto G 3G first gen phone for verizon and i want to do a factory reset but i already have the phone set up on a verizon prepaid plan so if i do the factory reset how do i get the phone back on my prepaid plan with out having to activate it on a new plan

Resetting the phone doesnt reset your prepaid account.

so if i factory reset my phone via the phone settings how do i tell the phone that its on my prepaid account im new to this

• Insert battery, charge, then turn on new phone.
• On your phone’s screen, choose the default language, then tap Next.
• Tap Activate, then listen for activation instructions.
