My phone i believe was stolen and off is there any way to track its last known location through the gps system on it?

Depends on whether you have setup anything, try google first
Or if you installed Lookout and enabled, or Avast and enabled. etc.

Losing your phone is never a fun time, so I understand how you feel. Unfortunately, unless you setup an 3rd party app that would allow you to track the location of the phone we are unable to find the phone. If you have insurance you can file a claim here http://bit.ly/07CrqPK. To avoid unauthorized usage I suggest suspending the line. Keep us posted if you need further assistance.
