HTC One M8. I'm seeing notifications that I've explicitly disabled. HTC insists they're not HTC's doing.
One is under Call Settings, to disable reminders when you decline a call from the lock screen (call comes in, I decline it for whatever reason, and even though reminders are disabled they still appear).
The other is Wifi. I don't use open Wifi networks, EVER. I don't need to be reminded that there are open networks within range. I disabled the notification long ago, but I still get the notification anyway.
Again, HTC insists this isn't their doing. Therefore, it's probably VZW's mods. Phone is not rooted and is running Lollipop 5.0.1. Nova Launcher is default, Blinkfeed disabled, but this has been going on since long before I installed Nova. How do I make my phone respect my notification settings?
