Can Anyone Help Me Decode The Error I'm Getting On My Razr Hd?

I have a Razr hd and I got this screen that says:

*AP FASTBOOTFLASH MODE (S)

10.98(*) (sha-61146a2, 2014-07-29 08:54:59)

eMMC Info: Size 16GB

Device is LOCKED Status Code: 0

BATTERY OK

Transfer Mode:

USB Connected

FASTBOOT REASON: KEY PRESSED*

PLEASE help!! I've looked around and can't find a solution.  The power and down volume reset won't work.  The screen will go off with power button, but won't shut down.

Unplug from PC and either hold power+vol down or just power button for 9 seconds.

Let's get your device working the way it should be logan79. Was there a certain software or application installed when you started getting this error? What exactly was being done on the device before you started experiencing difficulties. What software version do you have running on the phone? Not exactly helpful if you can't access the phone...
