Is my phone hacked if the IP address is 2,000 miles away?

My facebook security says that my IP address is in Philadelphia. This is not my current location and I'm not sure if it's just coincidence (used to live there) or has someone hacked me. Thank you for any help you can provide me!!

It is locating by your IP at sign up.
