When in my room, before this morning i had on average 4 bars of 4gLTE. Today I have 0 bars. What is the reasoning?

Could be an outage in the area.  Have you tried reseating the SIM card?  In other words, turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and allow it time to establish a fresh network connection.  If that doesn't help, and there isn't an outage in the area, you might try a new SIM card (they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service).

forgot to mention, also have tried restarting the phone and turning airplane mode on and off, still reads 0 bars

Since creating this post, my cell phone service is fluctuating between full service and 0 service..
