You have no setting menu icon in the notification area and no menu button to pull up options for Active Notifications? What about Display options in settings for the lock screen and its options?

No i have the settings button. Everything there is normal but the notifications settings button is gone from the main settings menu. I can see Active display, Display etc but no place to go to notifications to set my sounds. Example when i get a message on messenger i get a horse tone to tell me i have a message. Same thing for Facebook notice's. I want to turn off the tone for facebook but now the button (notifications) under setting is gone.

Options under sounds? Facebook can be changed directly from the app's settings if you are using the app and not a text forwarding option.
- From a home screen, select Apps (located at the bottom).
- From the 'APPS' tab, select Settings.
- From the 'DEVICE' section, select Active Display to enable or disable.
Enabled when a check mark is present. - Select Manage notification types.
Anything in there to allow changes?
