Why won't the automated voice recognize my password. I can't get to my voice mail.

Press *611 then press SEND (airtime is free). Alternatively, call (800) 922-0204 (toll free) from any phone to reach the automated customer service menu. Listen to the instructions then when prompted, press 4. Listen to the instructions then when prompted say 'Reset voicemail password'.

If I forget my Voice Mail password, how can I get it reset?

There are several ways to reset your Voice Mail password.

• In My Verizon:

1. Go to the Reset Voice Mail Password page in My Verizon
   
   From there, you can choose to create your own password or have the system choose a password for you.
   
   
2. Select the line you wish to change the password for from the dropdown list.
   
   
3. If you're creating your own password enter it in the Create New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
   
   
4. Click Submit.
