Trying to activate a phone on an existing line. Order Canceled.

Went through the general steps picking which line, inputting the new phone's IMEI, etc. Order was processed and confirmed for new slim SIM card. Received confirmation email. However, the order was cancelled a couple days later with no notice. I noticed this morning when I manually looked up my confirmation number.

Still waiting for a SIM here.

What model is currently active on that line? You can also visit a Verizon Wireless store http://bit.ly/3SdsA to pick up a SIM for a device that isn't active on your account currently.

Already tried emailing and calling this morning. Have yet to contact a single human. No matter which route I took, it just cycled through the automated service or said the call was over.
