Lack of multiple user accounts

It appears that the Lollipop feature to allow multiple user accounts has been removed from the Verizon version for the Galaxy S5. If I am wrong, I would appreciate someone giving me directions to access this feature. If I am not wrong, I must say that it is a continuous source of frustration to read about some of the new features available in a new version of the operating system, like Lollipop, only to have those features removed by the carrier.
If the carrier can provide a valid reason for removing it, I will certainly listen. If not, I sincerely request that the feature be added back.
