The battery on my 928 doesn't last more than 5-6 hours between charges. The phone is just over a year old. Is there some way I can get the battery replaced?

I charge the phone overnight. It is unplugged about 7AM. by Noon or 1PM it's dead and needs to be charged. I charge it until about 5PM. It then lasts until about 9-10PM. I don't over use the phone. Light phone calls. No texting. Very light data usage. Any recommendations?

Tednyc55,

Let's get your phone energized.  Do you charge the phone with the orignal Nokia charger? The phone doesn't have a removable battery.  The entire phone would need to be replaced.  Do you have extended warranty on your phone through the insurance?  You can check if you do here http://bit.ly/xB4iTc .
