How do I "share" or download or save a large Recorded File ( 29:03 minutes long ) from my Samsung Galaxy phone to a computer? I was emailing the voice recorded files. But this one is not sending because it is too large. How do I move it and save it to another device? I want it in my laptop.

you can start by trying to connect the phone to the laptop via usb. another option would be to use something like dropbox that allows you to upload large files to your dropbox account and then download them from any other device. i use dropbox OFTEN. it's great for transferring large files.

And another option, when you have WiFi is to use FTP. You get drag-n-drop capability without a USB cable.
You can sideload SwiFTP as a server (I like this one) onto your phone, and FileZilla (or other client) onto a PC.
If you don't know about "sideloading" you can find an FTP server in the Playstore. SwiFTP is just a good one, but not available there any more.

You can also use Wifi File Explorer or Wireless File Explorer, one is free one is pay, but with either you can run it and then use a computer connected to the same network to browse the phone from your computer using a browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.) and copy the file that way.
